Throw a handful of frozen peaches in your blender.
When peaches are ripe I love using fresh ones, but the frozen ones work great as well. I like using some frozen fruit in smoothies, that way you don’t need to use any ice!
Now throw a handful of fresh strawberries in…
and one ripe banana.
Now put in a cup of vanilla yogurt.
We LOVE Chobani. It’s super creamy and the fruit ones are wonderful on their own. I almost need to hide a few in the fridge from the boys if I ever want to eat one!
Time to sneak in some weird healthy stuff.
In the past I have done flaxseed oil, wheat germ, silky tofu and my boys have been none the wiser. I just recently found this powder at the health food store and it seems to have a little bit of everything in it. So far so good for us, but let me know if you think of something eles to sneak in!
Splash in some apple juice. Orange juice works great as well, it will give your smoothie a nice tartness.
And give it a whirl!
If it’s too thick add more apple juice, too thin add more frozen peaches.
It passed the test! Nobody knows what the heck I put in there, all they know is that it taste good.
