Let’s start this smoothie with 1 cup of pumpkin puree…
Organic or not, totally your call!
And 1/2 a cup of vanilla yogurt.
Greek or regular, it’s up to you!
Throw in one very ripe banana…
And 1 cup of milk.
Whole, skim, almond, rice… Use what you have!
Now add 1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice…
And two tablespoons of honey.
If you have another sweetener that you prefer (agave, stevia, plain ol’ sugar) go ahead and use that instead!
For a bit of crunch add a handful of your favorite granola.
Graham crackers, biscoff cookies, or ginger thins would also be divine!
Lastly, add a cup of ice and blend until smooth!
I wanted to take a few cute photos of my boys enjoying their smoothies, but they were too busy slurping up their smoothies to smile!
At least I caught this cute pumpkin pie smoothie mustache…
