Let’s start our smoothie with 2 cups of fresh spinach…

1 ripe banana…

2 cups of frozen peaches…

1/2 cup of your favorite yogurt

Totally optional, but I also added 1 scoop of this awesome green powder

And 1 cup of o.j.

Time to blend!

Side note: If your smoothie is a little too thick to pour, go ahead and blend a 1/2 a cup of water into it!

Pour your smoothie into your cute popsicle molds

And pop them into your freezer for the afternoon!

4 hours later…

You’ll have a frozen treat…

That your kiddos will love so much!

And they won’t even mind…

If you take a dozen or so photo’s…

Of them happily eating their green popsicles!

  • 1/2 cup water (if you need to thin out your smoothie)

    These popsicles are awesome and a wonderful way to not feel bad for eating 2 or 3 on a hot day :)
