Now layer a few slices of provolone on each unbuttered side of your bread.
Fresh out of provolone? Monterey Jack, Cheddar, or even Pepper Jack would be great!
Pile a handful of fresh spinach on one slice of your bread…
Then top that with a few spoonfuls of your favorite pasta sauce.
Carefully put your sandwich together then grill over medium heat until your cheese has melted and your bread is lightly browned.
