Let’s start this power packed smoothie with 2 cups of fresh spinach…

1 ripe banana…

2 tablespoons of unsweetened coco powder…

1 heaping tablespoon of natural peanut butter…

1 tablespoon of raw honey…

A healthy sprinkling of chia seeds…

1 cup of ice and 2 cups of the milk of your choice!

We love unsweetened almond milk, but rice, soy, or even regular ol’ milk will taste great!

Blend until creamy…

And enjoy!
