Let’s start by whisking together 9 whole eggs and 1/2 a cup of heavy cream.

Regular ol’ milk will work as well!

Spray a muffin tin with a bit of cooking spray and fill it with some goodies!

Diced potato, ham, broccoli, chopped spinach, mushrooms…. The list goes on and on!

Throw a little shredded cheese in there…

Then fill the cups with your egg mixture.

Top your muffins with your favorite seasoning (Italian seasoning, dried rosemary, garlic salt, ect.) then pop them into a pre-heated 400 degree oven for 20-25 minutes, or until your eggs have set.

Breakfast time!!!

Since my boys spend most of their morning getting ready, breakfast needs to be eaten on the go!

Hope you have a great day at school Jude!

Looks like somebody is having a good hair day today!

Who says you can’t enjoy a hot and homemade breakfast during your busy work week?!
